Hi everyone, I am new to this website and looking for others who are on the Medifast or Take Shape For Life program. Would love to hear success stories and motivational tips! I have been a client of TSFL for 7 months now and other than one slip during a vacation, have lost 75 pounds so far. I am 25 pounds from my goal and loving life! As a coach, I have helped many others reach their health and weight loss goals as well! I truly love sharing this program with others! Thanks for your support!
