Calories burned during turbofire??

hi! i was just curious to see how many calories you burn during turbofire. i usually burn around 300-600 during the fire classes and around 100-200 in the HIIT or the tone or sculpt classes.

    I wear a bodymedia fit and that burn is about the same as I burn
