JM Body Revolution after Insanity - thoughts??

I'm going to be finishing up Insanity in a few weeks and wondering what to do next. I've been thinking of doing JM Body Revolution, but was told it would be too easy. Any thoughts or has someone out there done them both to give me an honest opinion?? Thanks!

I personally think it will be too easy for you after doing Insanity.

Jillian's workouts dial down the intensity quite a bit from Insanity. If you've completed a round of Insanity, then pretty much any JM workout will feel like it's just not a proper workout. That being said I think you should move on to something that consists of some real strength training.

Body Revolution is easy at first but the last 6 weeks are pretty tough! I have done Insanity, P90X, P90X2, Les Mills Pump, GSP Rushfit, Chalene Extreme and a ton of other workouts... you won't lose AS MUCH weight, as BR is circuit training (weights with cardio) and Insanity is JUST cardio. Have you checked out TapouT XT or Turbo Fire? those are both more on the lines of Insanity. Also Insanity has two sequels, Asylum #1 which is out already and Asylum #2 which comes out in a couple days from now.
I did Body Revolution and thought it was a great workout! However I don't like to keep repeating workouts so I am always doing one routine or another and Body Revolution was just something different to follow for a while.
I'm of the opinion that it's hard to judge workouts in what is easier or harder as often times they work your body different or they work different parts of your body. I was sore every 2 weeks as it was different training then the previous workout I was doing (which was Les Mills Pump). I'm now currently doing a weightlifting one called Body Beast! It's so awesome I love it so much, but it's all weights, only cardio 1 day per week! anyways, back to the subject at hand, I think the only way to know is it try it! I will say that the first 4 weeks of Body Revolution doesn't do it justice as they are much easier then the rest of the program!
