    Lol no way! That would be insanely unhealthy!! I lost the majority of my weight BEFORE I joined MFP. I started losing weight in May of 2011. So it's been about a year and four months that it's taken me to lose 76 lbs. You can go into your settings and change your weight loss to reflect ALL your weight loss, not just what you've lost while being an MFP member. I recently joined MFP (I guess in February 2012 as you pointed out), but I changed my settings to reflect all my loss since May 2011.

    My pic's are on my ticker...I started at 232.8 pounds....now I am 116.2 pounds. I lost just over half of myself.

    I don't normally post in forums anymore, my 1 year anniversary was on 17th Sept 2012 I would share my before & after pictures
