I have some turkey burger taken out for dinner and im looking for some ideas of what to cook. What are some of your recipies you use for ground turkey burger?

    might be a little late for you, but i like asparagus with almost anything.

    Salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, cheyenne pepper, a dab of lemon juice and a dab of vinegar (or a little white whine.)

    As a side I like to cut potatoes into steak fries, lightly drizzle with oil, then put under the broiler for 10 min on each side.

    Just substitute it for beef in any recipe. I have found, however, that ground chicken is much better than ground turkey in most dishes. Ground turkey takes southwest seasonings really well - so taco salad would be a good choice. Or enchiladas... Or sloppy Joe's.

    1st off I like them on the small corn tortillas or in pita not on bun. Thin sliced cucumbers or green apple on them is really good. Serve with fresh fruit and some kind of starch like:
    -Black beans -sweet potatoe/sweet potatoe fries -corn on the cobb (great if you do grilled peppers too)

    Also, if any leftovers they are great in a salad :)
