NEED HELP & INSPIRATION?

I have never denied a friend request. I'm NOT a dietitian, or a doctor, Or even a fitness coach, I don't have any connection to the fitness or healthcare community, and I certainly don't peddle any fitness products.

I am just like you. With a starting BMI of 49.9%, my road is likely longer than most, but I know there are plenty of roads longer than mine. Does it matter? I understand your weariness, your frustrations, your fears, your setbacks, your binges. I know them well. I am here to tell you that despite all of the setbacks and failed attempts, YOU can win this battle. YOU can find freedom. YOU can have your life back.

I've a long way left to go, but i know I will get there. Come on board, we'll win the battle together!

    Question?
    Isn't 140 light for 5"6 man?
That is your goal weight right?

    Great work :)
  • Love your blog!! I have followed many of those same rules. My regret is not taking pictures at my journey's start....They definately would've helped when the scale stalled, even though my body was still changing. You ARE an inspiration! thanks for your story!

Thanks for your blog and post. I don't really have a way to take a full body pic but I have some recent ones at home, I think I'll add them, since they were taken before I started this journey. I'm following a lot of the steps you outlined, and the few I'm not I will start to.

Actually, no. The weight range for a med frame size for a 66" male is 139-150. I am aiming for the lower end of my range. It may be that I stop at 145. Frankly, I have no real idea what that means as I have never been in my healthy weight range in my entire adult life. We'll see when I get there!

The most amazing part is that you are doing it naturally. Great job.
  • Thank you because it really inspires me to continue. Tomorrow I'm going to take my picture and as soon as I loose everything I'm going to do the same as you did
    Keep going!
