How to count calories for Pizza???

My favorite pizza is from very small mom/pop pizza place down the street. As a special treat I would love to be able to still eat a slice or two, however I would still like to stay within my calorie limits while doing it. My question is how do I do this when they do not have nutrition information available?

I would check the database and try to choose one of the pizza listings that most closely matches the kind you're getting, based on size, toppings, etc.0

I just had pizza last night and added it.. there is generic cheese and pepperoni which i used that is all that was on mine but if there was other toppings I would just add those separately

I don't know how valid it is, but there's a database entry "Pizzeria - Pizza", for 310/slice that I use sometimes. Seems within the ballpark anyway.0

Most large pizzas are about 350 a slice. Check Papa John's or Pizza Hut's sites for calorie counts!0
