So I wanted to do half an hour intense training but I found I can't handle it. Is breaking up intense exercise just as effective?
If I do half an hour broken up into ten minute blocks would I get similar results?

depending on the intensity of the exercise it would be possibly more effective, as you will be able to maintain a higher level of exertion for the bursts of 10mins rather than 'surviving' 30mins. Its the same arguement in theory as HIT training vs endurance running.0

Doing 3 sets of 10 mins is going to be better than 1 set of 10 mins. ( and isn't that the alternative)
I actually think its better, as everytime you ex u boost your metabolism a bit.
I say go for it. As you can give 100 % for each 10 mins which will be better than 50% for 30 mins0 -
I agree with the 2 posts above. If you work at 80% or above for shorter periods it will be more beneficial then doing it for long periods.0
