36 girl workout routine tips to lose 115lbs

Any sugg on effective workout routines? I do the Elliptical for 1/2 hour daily. But, feel like its not enough.

    I felt the same way, so I began a couch to 5k. The 3 days that I do the C25K I will add 10-15 mins on the elliptical (I do my c25k on the treadmill). On the days off from the C25K I do 30 mins elliptical and then maybe 5-10 on the rowing machine. My loss has been fairly consistant and I don't feel overwhelmed.
