Hungry but reached daily limit!

Help! I am sitting here, completing a midterm and totally hungry. I just reached the daily limit and I don't know what to do! I want to be able to wake up tomorrow and not regret eating anything else tonight, but I am just very hungry...

    Try drinking a glass of water with lemon in it. If that doesn't work then maybe take a 1/2 hour study break and go for a walk then eat back your exercise calories.

    Here is my Mom voice - Make sure you get a good sleep before the test. You will benefit more from a solid rest than from studying for and extra 4 hours this evening.

  • You can always eat some veggies. Yeah you will go over your calorie goal but not by much. A couple of servings of some veggies is under a 100 calories. Keeps you full longer too. I also agree with a glass of water with lemon and a little exercise like a walk. It keeps your mind off it

    Also eat a good breakfast before the test, quite frankly if you're studying though I would say allow yourself to go over and eat something so you can concentrate, maybe you should eat at maintenance whilst you're doing exams you might be putting too much stress on yourself. x

    Tests require energy! Perhaps on test days plan to have a snack before the midterm and dinner after? (From the time stamp, it looked like an evening class). Or save enough calories for a snack after. Perhaps a late lunch so dinner can be late?

    Exercise is always a good way to give yourself more to eat too.

    This. Or just eat. It's not going to kill you to go over your cals for a day--you're already eating at a deficit as it is.

    Cantelope.... you can eat a lot and the calories are real low....

    Don't short yourself on sleep, it will make you hungry
  • cucumber or mushrooms, have just few calories...
    try with washing your teeth :) they say celebrity excange food with toothpaste ;)
