Hi to all. Last fall I had lost a good 30 pounds on my protein diet. I needed to lose 50 pounds. I regained what I lost and 10 more!
Now, I'm to a point that I need to lose 60 pounds OMG.. never thought I would get there one day. It is as if those pounds don't want to shed! Glad I found this site and program. I have to take in 1200 calories a day which I find to be huge.. I guess my brain is not properly trained. When I prepare my daily meals I'm always under the total number of calories and cannot seem to balance the categories (protein, carbs, fat..). Do you guys think that I can lose 60 pounds within less than a year eating 1200 a day and exercising 3 times a week?
