**NEED ADVICE!!**

How much cardio is too much? I do cardio 4-5 days a week averaging about 45 minutes. I typically do a combination of running and the lower impact exercise such as elliptical/bike. A friend of mine told me that I should only do a MAX for 120 of cardio a week or it is not good.. THOUGHTS?

I have done half marathons and can be running for closer to 7+ hours a week near the end and I'm ok. So are all the others who do full and ultra marathons and Iron mans. So I think what your doing is just fine.0
