Body weight style or add some weights if that's too easy.

I'll give it a go. Do you have to do the 150 squats in one go or can I do 50 now 50 this evening and 50 before bed?
Although thinking about it I am off to do a run after work, perhaps I could split my run into 3 and stop and do squats (or maybe I will just look too weird :-/ )0 -
