Well done, some great results.
I was given Insanity recently and I'm tempted to give it a try in addition to my work outs. How did you find it to get started?
It was very challenging at first and I wasn't sure I could finish but I pushed through! I realized I couldn't compete with the people in the video and took my time doing everything in correct forms and allowed myself extra breaks.0 -

Great job on your hard work and commitment. I have been doing Insanity a couple of days a week for the past couple. Have been trying to get some weight training in as well. My goal is to lose weight and tone up. Have you done any weight training at all or has it just been the workouts you've listed?

Nice job! That's alot of hard work. You can really see it in your shoulders and you abs are shooting through. You look wonderful!

I'm glad to hear you say this as it's rather daunting to watch how hard those kind of exercises are, how long they go, and how much your body wants to fight the hard work you're throwing at it all at once. It's really great to hear you started slowly and properly. The Pause button is a good thing! You're encouraging me to get started, thank you!
