Just cooked up some quinoa with a vegetable stock cube, tastes gorgeous! BUT...everyone online says that 1 cup dry = 3 cups cooked. I only got 2 cups cooked :-/ Did I do something wrong?

Things that absorb water, like rice, quinoa, pasta, etc. should be logged as dry or uncooked. Each item will absorb a different amount of liquid depending how much you cooked it, how dry the item was, etc. It is too subjective if not accounted for as dry weight or measure.

Thank you so much! I logged half of it as 1/2 cup dry...thankfully, because its 100 calories more than myfitnesspal says for 1 cup cooked

Cook it how you like it! :)

Use raw/uncooked weight and measurements as they'll be accurate obviously ...

    Good stuff :)
