My legs seem to be my trouble zones! (Thighs of course!) What are some ways you ladies have slimmed and toned your legs?

    running, running, and more running
    kettle bell swings
    walking lunges with weights by my side and/or above my head
    hamstring bends with heavy weights
    among some other stuff

    You can't spot reduce. Your body will take fat from wherever it needs to. I squat once a week (195 5x5) and found that I lost body fat in my legs before anythin else.

    Get your diet in check...then...

    Barbell Squats (below parallel)
    Straight Leg Deadlifts
    Barbell or Dumbbell Lunges

    biking, squats, lunges

    i haven't done much else with my legs and they are getting JACKED from these things alone.
