Heaviest Ever: 235 lbs the day my son was born on June 30, 2008
Lightest Ever: 7 lbs and some ounces the day I was born. Heehee... Lightest I can remember as an adult was 175.
Started MFP at 223 on February 26, 2012
Current: 194.8
