Calorie counting v's SW

Hiya I'm new to MFP and currently on 1660 cals a day. I've been doing SW since Jan but fancied a change. The problem i'm having is keeping full while counting calories as when on SW always managed to fill up on free food. I'm reluctant to snack at the mo as worried about running out of cals before teatime, even fruit is fairly high when CC.

What is SW? And are calories the same on SW vs Calorie Counting? If so, it's probably where you are getting the calories from that is the issue.

Ahhh, okay...that would be why I didn't know what it was. :) Thanks!

That being said, I don't know how to compare the two then. Hopefully others who know what SW is can help you out on this one!
  • A fairly easy fix its to add fiber, it will keep you feeling full.
  • Sorry, Slimming World, is it not that big in the US?

Not at all.. How many calories are you eating on SW?
  • Maybe I'm enjoying eating what I fancy as opposed to SW, which I guess at the mo I'm not particularly making low calorie choices??

Any chance you want to open your diary?
  • Happily, how do I do that?

Must have been quick. I can't access it. Look at the settings to ensure you saved it.
