EASY 120-calorie pumpkin cheesecake dip!

Just discovered this while rummaging through my refrigerator:

1/2 cup plain Oikos Greek yogurt (65 calories)
1/4 cup Libby's pure 100% pumpkin (20 calories)
1/8 cup any kind of jam, I used a homemade pineapple jam. (20 calories)
2 tbsp Reddi Light Whipped Cream (15 calories)
1 packet Splenda (0 calories - optional, I realized after I made it it definitely didn't need to be sweeter!)
I also added a dash of pumpkin pie spice.

Just mix in a bowl and top with crushed graham crackers, spread on pumpkin bread, or eat with a spoon. :)

Nutritional breakdown:

Calories: 120
Carbs: 18
Fat: 1
Fiber: 11
Protein: 15
Sodium: 52

Not bad for a filling and really nutritious snack :)
