Lightest: I don't really remember the last time I was below 200. I was about 215 like 8 years ago.

My heaviest EVER was 191. I began at 183 this time around and am now at 168. My ultimate goal is 140. However, currently I am shooting for 150. Once there, I will see how I look and FEEL. I've gotten down to 135 before and my mother, who is always very supportive and honest. said I was too small. I felt great though. We'll see.0

Currently around 234..gained back a little of my 50lbs lost here once I figured out MFP's settings were starving me on 1300 calories and a 6 month plateau.

Lightest ever: HS Anorexic 110lbs Looked like a bobble headed crack *kitten*. AWFUL!

Goal is 135 to maybe 128
I am 5'4 with a large bone structure. Drs and family figure 110 was a good 15 lbs or more underweight. I got to under that just before my system shut down. I was 19 5'4" and fit completely in a little girls size 8 pants!!!!!! I don't mean jrs section I am talking little kids section this is when we knew I needed help. I never want to go back there!0
