Hi I am new to MFP and I have a pretty large goal to accomplish. I would like to lose at least 70lbs, though I have been told by some people that is to much weight. I don't thinks so. If there is anyone on here that shares similar goals and want to cheer each other on, feel free to add me.
If you live in my area and you are looking for a buddy to walk with or head out to the gym...let me know! We can knock it out! I don't know about you but I am fed up with my "extra extra" junk in the truck! LOL! Let's make our journey fun!

Welcome! We have similar goals. I would like to lose 65-70 pounds. I started South Beach diet on August 20, and intend to make it a lifestyle change. I found MFP a little over 4 weeks ago. I love it! Hope you do too! Feel free to add me as a friend, of you like)0
