HW 2004: unknown except wore a size 22, so guessing >200lbs
LW 1996: 98lbs on operating table (avg 108-112lbs size 0-4)
GW 2008: 137lbs at Dr. office Jan '08 (size 8)
CW 9/2012: 122lbs (started wearing size 6s Jan 2012 because 8's were too baggy)
I know it sounds odd, but I never owned a scale until this past August and always asked the doctors/nurses not to tell me my weight, just had them nod for "good" and shake head for "bad".
I blew up after surgery between 1996-2004, I could not seem to stop it.
I lost most of the weight I'd gained when I started cutting out breads, pasta, cheese, and any junk food between 2004-2008 without using MFP or any other standardized diet plan. I wasn't really counting calories, just elliptical several times a week and fresh veggies, fruits and lean meats.
I've dropped a little more during maintenance since 2008, but I'd still be happy at my original GW as long as I have some muscles to show for it.0 -

The heaviest was 246. The lightest since dieting was 185. I'm at 195 the last time I checked(week before thanksgiving, so I probably gained a lb, but will check in a week.) My goal is to get between 155-165lbs. There are some people my height that weigh 145, but that's at about 5-6% body fat and I don't need to be there.
I'd like an athletic built. Soccer player type, with maybe more definition in the upper body.0 -
