Almost at my goal weight with pics!

Hey everybody,
I just wanted to share my progress on here after looking at old photos of myself and not believing the difference. I started trying to loose weight a year and a half ago after realising how unhealthy I was. The first bit of exercise i introduced into my life was Jillian Micheals 30 day shred and have since got pretty much all her dvds! I then did C25K and now after not being able to run for more than a minute a now run 5k three times a week.

Now im trying to loose my last 6lbs in the next few months which are proving to be a lot harder!


height - 5"3
start weight - 151lbs
current weight - 125lbs
goal weight - 119lbs

    You look fantastic. I am the same height as you and started off around 145lbs. Im currently 119lbs but I am proper jealous of you, you look way better at 125lbs than I do now haha Im actually reevaluating my goal (aiming for 112 now) because I have such a small frame I feel Ill be more comfortable around there. Im all top heavy too, seriously, you have a gorgeous figure you carry your weight evenly :) Congrats!!

    you carry your weight very well, you look awesome. I am 5.2 ft and 120 and you look better then me too.. i had 125 my goal but even at 120 i think i may need to drop another 5lbs?
