Calories left but not much else

At the end of days I'm noticing that I have calories left 500ish but not fat, protein or carbs left. My husband tried to help readjust my day with me but it is still happening. What am I doing wrong. If you look at my food diary, today was a bad bad day therefore my snack spending is quite high but I still have calories left. I've planned for tomorrow in advance to see if that would help but I am still 555 under and I haven't exercised yet. I am assuming I am supposed to eat my breastfeeding calories but not my exercise calories (unless hungry of course). Can anyone help?

I don't think your diary is set to public view.0

Go to settings -> diary settings -> privacy settings
and change it to public, that way we can look at it.
The most likely culprit is that some of the foods you're putting in your diary aren't accurate in the MFP database. Sometimes the calories don't add up with the macros...0 -
Could be your choice of foods are high in fat, etc. - it happens to me. I find I just need to increase my vegetable intake for more calories without the extra fat ... when I want to be a good girl0

I have that problem too!! I can't figure it out! I figure I am not going to worry about it until I stop losing any pounds! :glasses:0

I'm pretty sure this is caused by your breastfeeding entry. It subtracts from your total calories spent, but doesn't add anything to your goal calories. So it also doesn't add anything to your macros. Is there a way to add breastfeeding as exercise? That should adjust your macros properly.0

It's because of how you are entering breast feeding. It's entered as a negative calorie food with no associated negative macros.
I think some of the other breastfeeding entries have negative macros.

I can't find a way to add it as exercise. You could manually adjust your calorie goal. There may be another way. There are groups here for breastfeeding; maybe you could find some help there. The reality is you do have carbs/fat/protein left. You just don't know exactly how much because it didn't account for the 500 extra calories. Hope you can figure it out!0

My breastfeeding entry has macros... I use the one for -200 with something like "older baby or infrequent feedings." You could always just do 2.5 of those if nothing else works! ETA - Or you could just adjust your calories upward by 500... since I assume you are BFing every day!0
