So pretty much I'm at 128 lbs. I'm 5'5''.
I work out on a regular basis and don't eat much fast food or cheese- I'm a vegetarian.
I'm disappointed that my best friend is the same height, around 138-140 and we look the same weight!
Sorry if I'm whining, but I just hate how its so unfair I've worked so hard to get down to my current weight and I feel like I don't look like I weigh 128 lbs. I feel like I look about 140.

Hi, I think sometimes our self perceptions of our body size or image can be subjective, sometimes I think I look a lot fatter than I really am. Then other days I feel like an athlete. If you're at a healthy BMI then you're 99% ahead of most americans. Self acceptance (for me) is the hardest part of all of this.

Your friend most likely has a different frame/build than you do. I wouldn't worry about it.

I think you look great. What kind of workouts do you do? Personally, I think the best way to change your body shape once you are at your goal weight is with weight training. I have seen some pretty amazing photos on here of some ladies who have maintained weight or even gone up slightly but look significantly smaller after starting a weight training program.

honestly you should be proud of where you are. plus muscle is smaller but weighs more. maybe she has more muscle than you do and therefore weighs more. get your fat percentage and see if it is high or low, thats what you should be working on not weight. :)
