I know it has not been long but I wanted to post this to help keep me going and maybe help others too.

So just for some background: I have gradually been putting on weight over the last 9 years or so and had been kind of trying to lose weight but with no real sucess or lots of yo yo ing. I have fibromyalgia syndrome and a heart condition so that can make things really hard.

I found MFP and it just clicked and I have been working really quite hard to eat better and exercise more and these are the results so far.

    Thanks so much everyone! I was really struggling to see the difference for a while but I kept getting comments from people and it felt great. A long way to go but I know I can. Again thanks so much for the comments!
