Simple workouts..

I had a session with a trainer awhile back. He had me do very simple exercises such as push ups, sit ups(NOT crunches), lunges,squats,planks,etc. Catch was we used weights... he only had me using a 10 lb weight most the time. But wow did that make a difference!!! Its crazy how intense you can make something by just adding weights. I was sore for a good 5 days LOL, i have never been that sore before(coming from someone who has done p90x&insanity). So if you havent tried this yet i would highly recommend giving it a try! Its also nice because you can do these workouts right at home :)


1 more thing...just make sure your doing the exercises the right way no cheating if it gets hard. AND with the sit ups make sure the weight is to your chest...i noticed my friend would put it up over her head to get momentum to make it all the way up.
