5'2 134 lb woman looking for motivational buddies

Hello everyone!

I am new to this whole fitness thing in general. I just joined a women's kickboxing class and it is wearing me out! lol!

I am 5'2 and 134 lbs and I am looking to lose about 20 lbs and gain 5 lbs of muscle. I am just looking for some friends to motivate me on this new journey and hopefully I can motivate you as well!

    I was told that the last few pounds are always the hardest to lose. I'm sure you can do it! Just keep going and don't give up! :smile:

    I am 5' 2" and went from 140 to my current 105 that I have been maintaining for about 6 months. Still on here everyday working on maintaining and toning up. Feel free to add me if you don't mind someone who is in the maintenance mode.

    I'm 5'3, & currently weigh 135. I started out at 155! Feel free to add me also. I have about 10 more lbs to go. I'm training for a half marathon, so I'm imagining some of those last few will shred off.

    I was just thinking I should find a kickboxing class! I really used to enjoy it and such a great workout!

    Hey! I'm 5'2 and 147. My first goal is to get down to 135 then re-evaluate from there. Everyone is free to add me! I am just returning from a unscheduled break where I gained 11 lbs back of what I had lost. A setback, but not permanent! :flowerforyou:

    That's what I weighed when I started using MFP a little over a year ago. I weigh 117 now, got down to 113 for a little while but seemed too skinny so now I'm trying to put on more muscle. Best of luck to you. You came to the right place.

    I am 5'1 and started at 142. I am now 134 (it took me 5 weeks), and hoping to lose another 10 lbs or so. I exercise daily, and stay under my cal goals often.
