Hey! I'm so excited that in 4 weeks I've managed to lose an amazing 11.4 pounds. Wow! Wow! Wow!
Question though, today when I put in my new weight, it said would you like to automatically change your nutrition since you've lost over 10 pounds. I clicked "yes" but my calories are still at 1580. Does this just mean that MFP doesn't think I need any adjustment right now?
THANKS SO MUCH!!!!

Did you also go into your settings and adjust it there? Like in the goals section.0

No, because I'm satisfied with losing 2 pounds a week. As soon as I entered my weight it said because I've hit a goal of 10 pounds that MFP was going to automatically adjust my calories for me. Hmmm....0
