    THIS is why a lot of conversations about fitness and my "wild theories" go like this:

    me: "I used to weigh 218#"
    them: "Omg! You look great! I couldn't tell! What did you do?"
    me: "I started eating a little better, then I started eating even more healthy. Then I started feeling so good, I started walking. After that, I felt so great, I started jogging. The weight just fell off!"
    them: *blank stare like I'm an idiot* [insert a plethora of excuses]

    ETA:
    I do usually mention how I love to eat steak and cake. Lots of cake.
