Hello

Hi everyone. I have been using MFP for about three weeks and dropped 9 pounds. I have some questions but thought it would be proper to introduce myself instead of jumping right in.

I am in my mid thirties and suddenly my pants, which I have been increasing in size over the past decade, barely fit. I decided enough is enough (along with some other stuff going on in my life). I have decided to get healthier.

So the 9 pound drop is certainly encouraging and I use MFP on my phone all day. I also prelog my meals for work to keep me on track.

That's my story. Wouldn't mind some cool friends who use MFP to keep me honest and maybe notice something I might be doing wrong.
