    Walking, hiking, biking! Exercise DVD's - Leslie Sansone walk at home DVD's are low impact. Jillian Michaels has great DVD's!

    Like everyone else is saying, the elliptical is great and try doing it without the handles. The motion for pumping your arms helps you go faster. I burn about 700 calories in an hour using different speeds and inclines.

    the stairmaster, like level 9-10 for at least 20 minutes, this will keep your heartrate up and sweat a lot...
