Hi. I've been on myfitnesspal for a long while but never used it. I finally have a strong enough desire to not only use it but follow it's guidelines and make a change in my life for the better. Please give me any tips and support you can! Feel free to add me and follow me on my journey with tips and encouragement....I'll give it right back to you too!

    I agree with Harvo - the key to succeeding you goal while on this journey is being honest when track your food intake and exercise log.

    I am in the same boat. I started my journey on Tuesday. My motivation will simply be the users following my progress. Please feel free to add me to help reach my goal. The more motivation the harder it is to fall off track. Good luck everyone!
