Figured that quite a few members have tried/are doing low carb or keto diets. I was craving chocolate or something sweet in the worst way so I came up with this.

Reese's Puff Shake

-
Keto friendly Reese's puff shake-

40gprotein
12g carbs
3g sugar

1 Scoop vanilla designer whey protein powder
1 chocolate EAS low carb protein shake
2TBS PB2

Ice or without ice in a blender. Satisfies that sweet tooth and if you eat right during the day you should have room for the carbs.

Looking forward to seeing other desserts/shakes/meals!

I use designer whey, but that's entirely up to you. Their chocolate and vanilla is pretty good and relatively inexpensive compared to some of the protein powders I've seen. I can grab a can of it for about 12$ at my local shoprite. Figured this could be a great dessert recipe or when you're craving something sweet and sugary and have the carbs to spare, though 12g of carbs for a dessert "shake" isn't too bad.
