From October 2011 to Jan 2012, I worked my *kitten* off and got from 194 to 154....then found out I was 6 weeks pregnant....so here I am 9 months later, at it again....but this time, no more babies!0 -

Goal: To tone up/Lose Inches.. weight isn't a big thing for me if I could tone up lose some fat and gain some muscle and stay the same weight I would be happy.0 -
If I'm being totally honest here (in my adult life over 18 years old).... I have always been really fit and I have exercised regularly since I was 16 years old. So even though these aren't that bad, I think for me it was the feeling of being out of shape that was the hardest for me. I'm lucky to have been blessed with a good metabolism though.

Goal weight: Would love to be back to 122-125 again but now that I have more muscle not sure if that's reasonable or possible or would look good. I will see how things progress with my current plan because I'm feeling really good with what I am doing (1600-1900 calories depending on exercise/rest day)0 -

The last 5 pounds is the hardest (I have been at a 4 month plateau). Ultimately, I would like to get my body fat percentage down to about 18%.0 -
