Hi all,
just wondering what everyone has after they have had a workout? More looking at people trying to lose 50+ pounds, and seeing what they eat.
I generally go for chicken salads in the evening, however do not feel that hungry..

I workout in the early am, so for me it's a gatorade, scrambled eggs, protein supplement, and oatmeal. If I worked out in the evening, it would probably be a double quarter pounder with cheese from McD's and a gatorade0

My post workout recovery is a liquid, within an hour of working out, while my body is most ready to absorb what it needs. Protein powder, water and creatine. Was doing dextrose to replace glycogen stores but sugars are sugars and I haven't felt any difference without the dextrose.0

I workout in the morning as well, but if you are looking for lunch or dinner ideas I have a taco soup recipe that is super tasty, simple and PACKED with 37g of protein and only 400 calories for a pretty hardy serving. If you would like it just message me and I'll send it your way!0
