How much protien is too much protien?

I hit over my protien goal almost every day. Is this something I should work on cutting out?

    unless you have KPD going over is a good thing, MFP defaults are set way too low, if you are lifting weights you should aim for 1g per lb of lean mass. i'm 175 and aim to eat OVER 130 g of protein a day.

    I always go over too. Unless you have kidney problems, going over shouldn't be a problem
