The lite 'n easy food is very controlled calorie wise, and good nutritionally balanced food too. If you're not deviating from the meal plans you'll be getting 1500 per day as stated.
Like Lauren, I'd suggest if you're active, you might actually need a little more.
At only two weeks, its too early to tell, I hear you're saying you've done it all before and had the same results but give it a chance for at least a couple of months before changing things up again. All you're looking for is a gradual reduction in numbers, its not going to be a kilo a week or anything like that.
Plan for a healthier lifestyle in general, use the lite and easy to get into the habit of seeing what your portions, and food types should be and learn as much as you can about nutrition and health in the meantime.

I just find it so hard to keep being so strict when I can't see any results but I am going to keep trying!0
