Hi there do you have to eat all your calories per day? I always seem to be under by 300 and it says at the bottom of page I'm not eating enough then when I exercise it gives me more calories do I have to eat them too? Whoops new here and posted in wrong thread sorry

Nope, I do not eat all my calories every day. Some days I do and some days I don't. Even with exercise I go by how I feel.0

You don't have to eat your exercise calories back. As long as you're getting at least 1000 a day I wouldn't stress about it.0

Yes and no. I personally don't but then you'll find people on here who do. I think it's down to personal preference really.0

You should always have at least 1200 calories a day.0
