Foods with low cal to protein ratios?

Post up. I'm looking for increased protein in natural food at lower cal "costs".
My suggestion for the day:
Yoplait Petit Suisse 0% - It is 6 g protein for 33 cal per serving. That is only 5.5 cal/g of protein.
My protein powder is only a little better at 4.1 cal/g.
Lean ground beef (95%) is 6.75 cal/g.
Leerdammer Original cheese is 13.6 cal/g.
My great Lindt chocolate is 100 cal/g of protein, obviously not the ideal source :grumble:
What you got?

Lean meat. Any.0

Chicken breast (not the most exciting, I know... get some good spice blends to keep it exciting)
White types of fish (cod, tilapia, etc)
Pork Tenderloin
Egg Whites
All the above are more or less fat free (not 100% obviously, but as close as you can get naturally.)0 -
Chunk Light Tuna - 5oz. can has 120 calories and 26 grams protein.0

Lean tuna steak (yellowfin) - 4.4g/cal
Turkey - 4.5g/cal
Canned tuna - 4.5g/cal
Cod - 4.7g/cal
Mackerel - 5.2g/cal
White meat chicken - 5.5g/cal

Yeah, but how about a little lower on the ratio?
Turkey breast meat is about 6.1 cal/g protein, roasted dark chicken is 7.5 cal/g, extra lean ham is 6.3 cal/g. All slightly worse than the Petit Suisse.
Even non-fat cottage cheese is 6.9 cal/g.0 -
Greek yogurt
Good call - 5.5 cal/g of protein0 -
Shrimp. 3oz shrimp = 84 calories and 18g protein, or 4.7cal/g.0

Oh gosh, my brain must still be asleep. Good catch.
I'll be curious to see what everyone comes up with, as I find that I rarely get as much protein as I would like.0 -
