            IN my 3rd week of Chalean xtreme. SORT of doing EMTWL although for me it has been eat more to weigh more
 I've ONLY gained and NEVER lost. Even did the 6 week reset. Went up 13 lbs. My body won't let it go.

            I follow EM2WL to SOME extent (I still believe in moderation; my cuts are around 1600 and bulk is 1850; I lift so I'm just trying to recompose right now) feel free to add me if you want!0

            Doing the ChaLean for a few years love love love it and all Beach body workout I was doing the Lean circuit But if every one is starting new I will join in on the fun!

            I am currently alternating between Chalean Extreme and P90x. One week of each, only eating more on the days I lift as I more hungry on those days.0
