Hey Lovely Slimmers,
I'm new to MFP, ok not that new. I've been around for a week or so now, but never did the intro thing straight up.
In my past I've been pretty addicted to weight loss, weight/gym sessions etc. Had a few health issues a few years back & got
off my training routine. I'm finally picking my fat a$# up off the couch & getting back into it. My skinny clothes are calling me to be worn again.
I am here because I need to diary my exercise/food to help me keep on track & reach my goals - what better place than with all you awesome people that can offer support, motivation, inspiration & the occassional butt kicking (when I slack off).

Hey I have been using MFP for a few months now on my mobile device I never thought about tracking on line though..... my phone was dead and i wanted to track my food I logged in and thought this was interesting. I am morbidly obese my ideal weight is 111 pounds and I need to loose 153 ponds. I plan to have gastric bypass surgery next year so li need to get into the idea of measuring all my food and planning so this is a good start. Please friend me for support!
