Hey Lovely Slimmers,

I'm new to MFP, ok not that new. I've been around for a week or so now, but never did the intro thing straight up.

In my past I've been pretty addicted to weight loss, weight/gym sessions etc. Had a few health issues a few years back & got
off my training routine. I'm finally picking my fat a$# up off the couch & getting back into it. My skinny clothes are calling me to be worn again.

I am here because I need to diary my exercise/food to help me keep on track & reach my goals - what better place than with all you awesome people that can offer support, motivation, inspiration & the occassional butt kicking (when I slack off).
