New and Ready to Do This!

I'm new to MFP. I've been spinning 4-5 days per week for the past 2 months and have not lost weight. Was currently tracking on WW but not sure why I am not seeing a loss. Thought I would try MFP to see if a different form of tracking can help me identify barriers hindering my success. I never thought I would find an exercise that I would actually stick with so imagine my disappointment to be active with no weightloss results.:explode:

I certainly will give this a try and hope for the best! :happy:

    I tried WW in the past but found it really hard to stick to and the weightloss was not fantastic. I'm doing better on mfp. So good luck with your journey. Add me if you like.
