I've been using this website for four weeks now, and I have lost 7 pounds. After reading the blogs and post, I see a lot of people who keep saying stick with your calories! I have a set goal of 1200 calories per day (set by MFP). I am very stick about staying under this goal. Normally around 700 or so, with 5-6 days of exercise burning 200+ calories each time. Am I on the right track?

I believe your goal calories are calculated on the amount you state you wish to lose when you first register. With this calculation you should reach your goal weight. I am not a RD, but 700 calories a day is not very much. Do you feel content and full, or are you hungry? I think it would not hurt to eat a bit more, you should still reach your weight goal with the calculations made in the beginning.0

You never want to drop below 1200 calories.0

I work the night shift, so I find my self hungary at night when I get home (1:00am) So, eating more during the day to reach the 1200 calories would benifit. Any suggestions on how to reach the 1200, the best way?0
