Anyone have a Marcy Pro Compact Trainer routine?

I just purchased the Marcy Pro Compact Trainer. I checked a whole host of equipment (new and used) and ended up going with this for my fledgling home gym. It's been awhile since I've had a gym routine and when I did, it was free weights. I like this piece as it has some of the feel of free weights but the safety of not needing a spotter. Anyway...I'm looking to develop a well rounded routine and looking for sample routines from any experienced users.

I have had my trainer since March and love it!I had trained with free weights for 37 years and made the switch to make it easier on my joints-which it has!You can do flat or incline chest presses,seated shoulder presses,front or back,pulldowns,rows,curls,tricep pushdown,close grip bench press,and tricep dips.Also squats and calf raises!I also do reverse curls with my unit.All in all,a terrific machine,and I am so glad to have it!You can also do upright rowing on it,which I do not do.
