First PMS since getting serious....

I have been dedicatedly going hard, for almost a month. And i mean, 500 to 1000 cal burn per day, 1000 cal deficit, 1000 net cals hard. This is from not leaving the couch. i lose 23 lbs so far, between this month, and the few months prior of lax application.
It had been going extremely well. I felt amazing, for most of the time. weight started falling off me this week, it was almost unnerving.
Today, i woke up, and was just, not feeling right. I took one, 100 cal walk so far, no other exercise... im craving chinese food like crazy. and then the random watching a commercial tear-up happened and i knew EXACTLY what the deal was.
I have PMS, and its making me worry. I have settled in with a midol, and a piece of 90% cocoa chocolate, to try and soothe my brain chemicals.
But i also feel like i want to go to dinner with myfiancee, and just enjoy myself for a day.
Did i earn this? Should i push all these feelings away? It might make me explode, though, if i do, with the PMS.... and while unmedicated and far from a slave to it, i do have some chemical brain issues. so things like this tend to be a bit more difficult.
Basically, i dint know if i should lock myself in our room for the night, or hop in the car and take a day off and let my hair down.
What say you, o great wealth of endless support and information that is MFP?

I would say go for it, especially given you are netting only 1000 calories (If I got that information correct), which incidentally I consider to be too low and which might actually make it harder to deal with the pms cravings. Incidentally I am experiencing the same thing right now, cravings and excessive hunger, doing my best to just workout hard and ignore it.0

OMG this was me last week. Mother nature got ahold of me for 2 whole days the cravings ran, i ate chocolate, hot sauce, cupcakes and oysters for some reason i craved those. . But i never stopped working out and i didnt gain a pound back. Basically what im telling you is that its ok to enjoy yourself. You seem really focused on your goal so a little cheat will not hurt.0
