      Congrats! You look wonderful and I would imagine your're not only peeling off the pounds but that the inside of you is changing too. My doctor told me the "inner weight" is usually so much more that the "outer weight".

      Do you have the recipie for that tatertot casserole :}

      Its super simple. One pound extra lean ground beef, one can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup, and one can of vegetables (i use green beans). Brown the meat and mix it all together; put it in a casserole dish. Sprinkle reduced fat cheese on top. Finally layer tater tots over everything else. Bake according to the directions on the tater tot bag.
