Chicken and Spinach Pizza
I've made this several times at home, and it is delicious!
1 pre-made thin pizza crust (wheat or regular)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 cup fresh spinach leafs
1 8oz container fat free feta
4 oz grilled chicken breast
8 oz fresh mozzarella
Spread olive oil and minced garlic directly on crust
Put on spinach, feta, chicken over pizza
Top with mozzarella
Optional= sprinkle with basil, oregano, rosemary or other seasoning.
Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until mozzarella is melted and crust is golden brown
AMAZING.
It is pretty low-cal. If you cut the pizza in to 8 slices, each one is about 150 calories.

I have been hearing LOTS of good things about Papa Murphys Pizza. We recently got one here but I haven't tried it yet. Thanks for sharing this recipe. I may try it, but as a Cook I make a pretty good dishwasher, if you know what I mean.:laugh:0

We have several around us...but none close enough to really go to spur of the moment...all about 20 miles away, which is why I tried to make my own version of my favorite! They are very good, and you watch them make your pizza right in front of you, so you can ask them to leave stuff of, or go short on others.0

I have been craving a spinach pizza that I could eat for awhile. I didn't want to order in due to food allergy issues as well as the calorie intake is high. I just saw your post and will definitely be trying this. Thank you!0
