Do you squat or deadlift more?

I squat a good bit more than I can deadlift on a 1 rm.


Anybody else like me? I see streng charts always have deadlifts at more weight for training rating.

    I deadlift way, way more. My squats are terribad. I'm actually around 2x higher on my DL.

    At the moment my squat and deadlift are the same 90kg (198lbs).

    My trainer thinks once I get my grip issues sorted I'll be able to deadlift at least 110kg (240ish lbs) though.

    Usually people deadlift more. But not always.

    Brian Schwab for example, had a 765 squat, 606 deadlift. (http://orlandobarbell.com/about-brian-schwab-2/)

    p.s., that was at 148 lbs body weight, WHAT?!

    I deadlift a lot more than I can squat. 155 dl 115 squat. I also added weight on to my deadlift way faster.

    Haha! Someone remembers! My husband started calling me Radiskull after we saw the video because he says I am mean and it just stuck. I have tons of love notes from him that start out "Dear Radiskull...."
