Between 25-30% are most attractive and how I'd love to look. To me it is a very feminine shape that I'd love to have.0

I'd like to be 20-22...at about a 25 right now...but as somebody, or MORE than SOMEBODY'S have stated, I think it's more about the shape and proportion. I don't think MY 25 looks like THAT 25. :ohwell:0

You sir, are my hero. As for my choice, I'd go anywhere from the 30 to 35 as being my ideal percentage. Still soft, but curved and strong. 0 -

I'm currently at about 22.5% body fat -- my torso is small but my thighs, frankly, look more like the 25-30%. So I'm trying to bring my body fat down so I can trim my thighs. Oh, vanity

25% is really nice, maybe my favorite - but 20-30% all seem really in the range for me.
